My e-mail address cannot be located inside the User Area

Your User Area account has been initiated using the e-mail address you first entered into the Order Form in the process of registration. Therefore, your login to your User Area account is this e-mail address.

Updating your e-mail address (and login) to a new one is a very simple task which you can perform inside your user area (once you enter with the original email).
