Update/Support Plans

We believe that developing a "major version" always delays valuable enhancements that can get into your software today.

This is why we use a 12-month "Update Plan", during which you can get new features and critical browser enhancements as soon as possible, without long delays for a "major" release, at no additional cost.

Your license never expires; only its "Update Plan" expires. This means that you can always download and apply an Activation Code to the latest build released before your Update Plan expires but not to builds released thereafter.

To find the release history of your Likno application, just click on its "Help -> Check for Updates" menu.

Enter your Likno User Area in order to:

- renew/extend/view your Update Plan (upgrade your version)
- download the latest build you can activate based on your Update Plan

Similarly to the Update Plan, through the free 6-month "Technical Support Plan" we offer free technical support per product for the first 6 months related to your purchase of that product.

For support requests after the first 6 months, you can renew your 6-month Support Plan (at $25) for your Likno product.

The above price offers up to 5 hours of support by our team cumulatively for the duration of the plan and does not cover software development or implementation.
